At Poli's Kart, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processing and delivery timelines.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 12 hours to 3 working days from the time of order placement.

Pre-order items (marked with a red seal on the image) will be dispatched as per the mentioned timeline on the product page.

Once dispatched, delivery time varies depending on your location:

3. Shipping Partners
We partner with reliable courier services for fast and secure deliveries:

- If you have a specific courier preference, mention it in your order notes before checkout.
- Shipping delays may occur due to public holidays, natural calamities, strikes, or courier partner issues.
4. Order Tracking & Updates
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp & Email.
- Tracking details will be updated within 2 hours of dispatch.
- If an item goes out of stock after placing the order, we will notify you within 1 - 5 working days and provide alternate options or a refund.
5. Return to Origin (RTO) & Incorrect Address Issues

If a shipment is returned due to:
- Incorrect address or phone number
- Customer unavailability
- Delivery attempt failed multiple times
It will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

We will bear the return shipping cost (parcel returning to our warehouse), but customers must pay for re-shipping charges if they want the order to be sent again.

If we cannot contact you via phone, we will email you to update the correct details.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
- If a parcel is lost or delayed by our courier partner, we will send a replacement after an initial investigation.
- Refunds are not applicable for lost parcels; however, we will ensure you receive a replacement.
7. Pre-Order Items
- Pre-order items (marked with a red seal) have different dispatch timelines mentioned on the product page.
- Orders containing both pre-order and ready-to-ship items can be split into two shipments upon request. Additional shipping charges of ₹90 will apply for separate shipments.
- Pre-order dresses cannot be canceled as they are made on demand.
8. No International Shipping & No COD
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid at checkout.
9. Important Notes
- Orders once shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
- In case of a delivery delay, please allow some time as we coordinate with our courier partners.
